    Mike and his staff have been so incredibly helpful with our insurance needs and we just couldn't believe how low their rates are... way better than what we had been receiving with our previous company.     Worst post office I've ever dealt with in my life! I absolutely hate this office. I live on the south end of Northfield behind Target. My mail is constantly wrong. I'm always getting the neighbor's mail and packages. I deliver the neighbor's mail because my idiot mail carrier is incompetent. Worst is when a package is delivered to the parcel locker and the key isn't in my box, its in the neighbor's box! I can't tell you how many times this has happened! Ive gone downtown to the main post office and the woman behind the window rolled her eyes and said "This is always happening on your route." She gave me a number to call for the Postmaster. Just another person pushing us onto someone else. Why the heck isn't the Postmaster downtown? Why doesn't he listen to these problems face to face from the customer? Anyway, I called the annex and talked to some guy named Todd. He talked for a considerable amount of time, but since I couldn't pin-point the exact days that the neighbor's mail was misdelivered to my house, he couldnt help me find out if my mail was misdelivered elsewhere because it does not have a tracking number. Todd stated that I could buy a Post Office box if I wanted better mail delivery. Why the hell would I pay for mail delivery when the Post Office can't get my mail right now? That is a ridiculous suggestion. Then I talked to Mitch, the Postmaster. He acts helpful, but blames the postal union for not being able to get rid of the carrier. You're the boss? Grow some balls and take care of the problem or leave and bring in someone who care fix the problem! I've lived here for more than 2 years and this problem keeps going on unchecked! The neighbor's and I have started a group on fixing the situation ourselves. I can't believe this is so hard to just get our mail correctly to our houe!! Can someone in the higher-ups of the Post Office help us on Route 4?
